Yes we are just a call away to arrange a collection of new boxes coming into storage or for documents being delivered to your office or home office via either the traditional hand delivered option or by digitally sending over the whole file to you as a pdf via email anywhere in the world

Depending on size of files but on average around 10 files (or 2,000 A4 sheets) can fit into one of our standard archive boxes. Please check out our simple file/box calculator to find out how many boxes you may need.

Our facility has 24-hour CCTV and electronically coded controlled security gates to gain access. During working hours there is a member of our staffing team on the premises making sure all our customers archive boxes are kept safe and secure.

 The Internal Dimensions are 405 x 318 x 254mm.

Our digital retrieval service provides guaranteed file delivery which can be as quick as two hours of initial request. Files will be uploaded as a pdf and emailed to you anywhere in the world.

Your documents are stored in our secure storage facility. ADS always keep all your records together in one location where they remain safe secure dry and fully insured under our own Insurance Policy
